The AI Assistant in Producer Dashboard understands natural language, so you can ask questions and give commands the way you’d naturally talk about your music. This page shows you concrete examples of queries that work well with the assistant.
Whether you’re managing a handful of tracks or running a full catalog, these examples help you get the most out of the conversational interface.
Track Stage and Property Commands
Section titled “Track Stage and Property Commands”The assistant excels at updating multiple tracks at once using plain English. Here are queries that handle track properties:
Change workflow stages
- “Set the stage to Finished for all tracks in the Summer Album bucket”
- “Move the selected tracks to Idea stage”
- “Mark everything in Ideas as Ready to Post”
Update excitement and ratings
- “Set excitement to 85% for tracks tagged with Remix”
- “Set the energy level to 70% for the selected song”
- “Rate the high-priority tracks at 90% excitement”
Rename and organize
- “Remove versioning from the track names”

Tag Management Queries

Saved Views and Filtering
Section titled “Saved Views and Filtering”Saved views remember your favorite filter combinations. Ask the assistant to create, apply, or switch between them:

Create and manage views
- “Create a view for high excitement tracks”
- “Save this filter as My Weekly Review”

Be Specific About Scope
Section titled “Be Specific About Scope”The assistant understands context from your current selection. Saying “set these tracks to finished” uses your highlighted tracks. Saying “all tracks in the Rock bucket” applies to the entire bucket.
Use Natural Stage Names
Section titled “Use Natural Stage Names”The assistant recognizes your workflow stages as you named them. If you renamed “In Progress” to “Editing,” use “set to Editing” rather than the system default names.
Ask for Confirmation on Bulk Actions
Section titled “Ask for Confirmation on Bulk Actions”When updating many tracks at once, the assistant asks you to confirm before making changes. This prevents accidental bulk updates to your entire catalog.
Combine Filters with Actions
Section titled “Combine Filters with Actions”You can chain criteria together: “set excitement to 90% for all tracks in the Album bucket that don’t have the Final tag.”
